The automatic switching control system of the fully automatic diesel generator set is used in conjunction with imported diesel engines, modified domestic diesel engines (with electronic speed regulation mechanisms), and synchronous motors. The system is based on an imported programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core, which monitors the diesel generator set and the mains power, achieving automatic start and automatic switching functions without the need for dedicated operators to be on duty. Widely used in key places such as high-rise buildings, postal and telecommunications, telecommunications, banking systems, hospitals, oil fields, airports, and military units.
Function introduction: When the mains power fails, the diesel generator set automatically starts and generates electricity for power supply; When the mains power is restored to normal, it automatically switches to the mains power supply, and the unit automatically stops and enters a quasi start state. The control system automatically detects and monitors signals such as water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and speed of the diesel generator set. In the event of a malfunction in the diesel generator set, an audible and visual alarm is issued, and a series of protective measures are taken. The diesel generator set has started three times, but if it fails three times, it will sound and light an alarm.
